— In-House Manufacturing

Every batch made here. Every stage documented.

Sadaf Herbals manufactures its full product range on-site. No toll manufacturing, no outsourced formulation — raw botanical intake through finished goods under one roof with records at each stage.

/ Process Stages

Specification checks at intake, not just at the end

Stage 01

Raw Material Intake & Verification

Each botanical batch is received against a pre-agreed specification sheet. Origin, processor, and moisture content are logged before the material enters the facility.

Stage 02

Cleaning, Sorting & Processing

Material is cleaned and sorted by grade before any processing begins. Batch records track weight, rejection rate, and processing date at this stage.

Stage 03

Formulation & Blending

Formulas are assembled to fixed ratios documented in batch sheets. No substitutions are made without a recorded variance note tied to the batch number.

Stage 04

Packaging & Final Inspection

Finished product is packaged and checked against the output specification before release. Each unit carries a batch code traceable to its intake record.

▸ Botanical Sourcing

Botanical inputs are sourced from identified suppliers with documented origin and processing method. We retain supplier records, harvest region notes, and incoming batch logs — information you can request when evaluating a supply relationship.

Origin, processor, batch — on record

Ingredient substitution between batches does not happen without a documented variance. Distributors receive the same botanical inputs across consecutive orders unless a change is formally recorded and communicated.
